Milk Wine is used as a toast on most formal occasions and YOU can continue this tradition wherever you are. It is quite a simple process to make not requiring any special ingredients or other items that can't be bought from most grocery outlets.
In Ceylon, Milk Wine was made with Arrack, however as this is not available in most countries, we have substituted the Arrack with Whiskey with great results. The other ingredients are available almost anywhere in the world these days.
